The Supreme Court of India released an updated version of its Android-based mobile app. It was made available for public by DY Chandrachud, the Chief Justice of India (CJI).
He stated that the updated app will enable law enforcement personnel to access their pending cases in real time.
Importantly, he added, all government departments can check cases’ progress.
“The Supreme Court’s mobile app 2.0 is now ready for Android users. It will be available in an hour. Please start using it. This time, we have given an additional feature, all law officers can have their own access. All government departments can check pendency of their cases. Please use it.”
He further added that the app will be available to iOS and Apple users in another week.
