The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to begin the registration process for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XX in May 2025, according to sources familiar with the exam schedule. While the official notification is yet to be released, aspiring advocates are advised to stay alert for announcements on the official website: www.allindiabarexamination.com.
AIBE is a mandatory certification exam for law graduates who wish to practice law in India. Only those who clear the exam are eligible to receive the “Certificate of Practice” from the Bar Council.
