Elon Musk has revealed that his newly established X social media platform is prepared to cover legal expenses and initiate legal action on behalf of individuals who have faced unjust treatment from their employers due to their online posts or engagements.
This innovative initiative aims to provide support to those who have suffered professional repercussions as a result of expressing their opinions or preferences on the platform, previously known as Twitter.
Musk affirmed his commitment by stating, “If you have experienced unfair treatment from your employer due to content you posted or interacted with on this platform, we will cover your legal costs.”
He emphasized that this support would come without any financial limitations, ensuring that individuals have access to proper legal representation.
The entrepreneur’s pledge extends beyond financial aid. Musk indicated a proactive stance by asserting, “Our actions won’t be limited to just initiating lawsuits. We will raise our voice with full force, taking strong measures that extend even to company boards of directors.” This statement came in response to a post highlighting the swift behavior change induced by the threat of legal proceedings in the United States.
In related news, Musk also hinted at a potentially epic showdown between himself and Mark Zuckerberg, the renowned co-founder of Facebook.
The suggestion of a “cage match” confrontation between the two tech giants had circulated in late June. It appears that if this face-off were to materialize, it would be streamed live on X.
Notably, Mark Zuckerberg is known for his proficiency in mixed martial arts, having recently participated in his first jiu-jitsu tournament.
Musk confirmed this development, asserting, “The face-off between Zuck and me will be broadcasted in real-time on X.”
He added that the proceeds from this event would be allocated to a charitable cause aimed at supporting veterans. In anticipation of this event, Musk humorously shared his training regimen, involving weightlifting sessions intertwined with his work commitments.
Elon Musk’s visionary initiatives, from legal support for the unfairly treated to his potential showdown with Zuckerberg, continue to capture attention and reshape the landscape of social media and digital engagement.
