Ashutosh Tandon is an Indian Politician also known as Gopal Ji who represents Bharatiya Janata Party. He is married to Madhu Tandon. He was born in Lucknow to Mr. Lalji Tandon, leader of Bharatiya Janata Party and a Governor of Madhya Pradesh. He had pursued Bachelor of Arts from Lucknow University. He is known for his leadership and organizational skills.
After the resignation of Kalraj Mishra, he was elected in Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha. Then, he was appointed as the Minister of Technical and Medical Education and then appointed as a Minister of Urban Development, Overall Urban Development, Urban Employment and Poverty Alleviation in Uttar Pradesh.
