CP Radhakrishnan Takes Oath As 15th Vice President of India

CP Radhakrishnan today took oath as the 15th Vice-President of India at a ceremony held in Rashtrapati Bhavan. President Droupadi Murmu administered the oath of office. President Droupadi Murmu administered the oath of office to Radhakrishnan in the presence of senior government officials and dignitaries.

The swearing-in ceremony was attended by top political leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Ministers Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh. Former Vice-Presidents Jagdeep Dhankhar, M. Venkaiah Naidu and Hamid Ansari were also present on the occasion.

Several state leaders and dignitaries attended the event, among them Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. Governors Thaawarchand Gehlot (Karnataka), Gulab Chand Kataria (Punjab and Chandigarh Administrator), and Santosh Gangwar (Jharkhand) also marked their presence.
