The Allahabad High Court has notified that it will restart hearing matters both through physical hearings and video conferences. This intimation came after the High Court decided to hear cases only through video conferences from Wednesday, July 22.
On July 19, the High Court, in its order, decided to halt physical hearings of the cases due to increase in the number of COVID-19 cases. Keeping the safety of people in mind, the High Court only held hearings via video conferences.
The order mentioned that the “physical, as well as e-fill of matters, shall also be permitted from 27th of July 2020, onwards”.
