4 Supreme Court judges found Covid Positive, Monday hearing postponed

It is reported that Four judges from the Supreme Court have contracted Covid-19, and a fifth has recently recuperated. Among the four judges is one participating in the five-judge Constitution Bench examining petitions seeking legal recognition of same-sex marriages.

Another judge on the panel is believed to have sustained an injury from a fall and has been recommended rest.

As a result, the scheduled hearing for the case on Monday has been postponed.

In the first two stages of the epidemic, the virus wreaked havoc on the court, resulting in numerous judges and hundreds of court personnel contracting the disease.
