What is Copyright for Artistic Work?
Artistic Work Copyright covers all the original artwork and what is required for copyright protection in an artistic work i.e. ‘originality’. The originality essential as per the Copyright Act is a minimal amount of originality and what is prevented under the Copyright Act is the making of copies without the permission of the author.
