Police made the statement that 23-year-old Rape Accused had kidnapped the minor brother of the Survivor from the area under Kaithun Police Station of Kota.
The Accused got Arrested by the Police within four hours and the boy who is in class 7 is safely rescued from him.
Ronak Dhobi kidnapped the boy when he visited market in Thated village and in the ransom, he asked the family of survivors to Withdraw the Case of Rape filed against him
Dhobi was out on Bail as a year ago he raped the elder sister of a minor boy and got Arrested for it as informed by the Police.
Mahendra Maru, the SHO of Kaithun Police Station stated that at 1 pm family filed First Information Report and around 5 pm the police arrested Dhobi from Bundi by tracing his phone location.
There were Cases of Rape, Attempt to Murder and under Arms Act pending against him. The charges framed against Dhobi under Section 363 (Punishment for Kidnapping), 364 (Kidnapping or Abducting in Order to Murder) and 365 (Kidnapping or Abducting with intent secretly and wrongfully to confine person) of Indian Penal Code.
