The Rajasthan High Court has notified that it would resume regular hearing of cases in a hybrid manner from 28th June 2021.
“All the Benches of High Court shall function regularly in hybrid mode from 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM with lunch break from 1.00 PM to 2.00 PM. Hearing of the matters shall be permitted both through physical appearance and video conferencing. In view of prevailing conditions, as a preventive measure, all concerned may prefer virtual mode of hearing,” the notification stated.
Further, only those people who have completed 14 days after their second dose of Covid-19 vaccination would be permitted into the Court premises and relaxation to be extended only owing to medical reasons according to the advisory of issued by the Central/State Government after scrutiny.
Advocate Clerks and Advocates will be allowed only through identity cards and e-passes respectively after verification of the final vaccination certificate.
According to the Display Board, Advocates and parties must remain ready for video conferencing well in advance and such cases will be heard as specified in the cause list.
To maintain sufficient social distance between Courtrooms, even or odd number Courtrooms must be used and no Advocate should be present in the Courtroom with the purpose of seeking pass-over.
All fresh matters can be filed either physically or by e-filing. Sufficient precautionary measures to be taken up while physical filing and e-filing can be made on the e-filing portal as per notification dated 8.04.2020.
Further, proper sanitization of the entire premises must be done and no person without a mask would be allowed inside the premises.
