The District Judge of Mathura has reserved the decision till July 1.

The Petition was filed by Mahendra Pratap Singh on seeks to seal Shahi Idgah Masjid so “To ensure that ancient Hindu religious symbols aren’t damaged”.

Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court have four months time to Mathura Court to dispose matters related to Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute.

This order was passed while hearing the Petition from Manish Yadav, the President of Naryani Sena asking for early disposal.

One Ranjana Agnihotri asking for ownership of 13.37 acres land and prayed to demolition Shahi Idgah Masjid over Krishna Janmabhoomi.

There were total nine cases filed in the matter for which decision is reserved.

The suit stated that in 1669-70 Aurangzeb demolished the Temple of Katra Keshav Dev and built mosque over the area of 13.37 acres.
