The Madras High Court on December 10th, 2021 found the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) guilty of creating fake documents for dismissal of a recruitment case by the Court.

The Board is found guilty of shifting its blame on two academicians.

Justices P.N. Prakash and R. Hemalatha of the Madras High Court Quashed a Criminal Case that the TNUSRB registered against the two academicians who prepare question banks for the Board.

The Chennai Central Crime Branch police had taken many steps to “pre-empt” any move of the Court in order to Quash the Criminal Case by hurriedly filing a Chargesheet against the two aforementioned academicians.

The two Justices also mentioned that the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) is guilty of Criminal Contempt of Court and Fined the board Rs 2000.

The Court did not include the Board’s former Member Secretary N.K. Senthamarai Kannan in the Criminal proceedings as he never dealt with the two academicians.

The case is pertaining to a written examination which was conducted by the Board on December 22nd, 2018 for the post of Sub Inspector of Police. In the answer key there was a misunderstanding which led to objections by the candidates.

The Board changed the answer option in the answer key by lying about the identity of the professor who changed it.
