Fire broke out in court complex in J&K district

As per an official statement made on 1st January, a fire broke out in a court complex situated in the Doda district of the Bhaderwah belt of Jammu and Kashmir.

The fire damaged the heritage court building and a sanctum that was located on the premises.

This fire took place on 31st December in the evening and damaged the building.

The fire personnel failed to curb the blaze immediately as the structure was made of wood, because of which the fire spread rapidly.

The administration called additional fire tenders from the Doda district to help control the fire.

The cause of the fire is still unknown and is yet to be verified.
