The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) today held that Germany’s network regulator, the Bundesnetzagentur (BnetzA) should be more self-sufficient.
The network regulator company BnetzA is Bonn based.
The Court was hearing this matter based on the complaint filed by the EU Commission against Germany.
The European Court criticised the company’s practices such as its rules and procedures as well as its way of calculating the network tariffs.
The company is yet to comment on this matter.
