The Bombay HC refused to grant Anticipatory Bail to a pregnant nurse set-aside for supply over two hundred false vaccination certificates.
SG Mehare, was hearing associate Anticipatory bail application submitted by the nurse, who was seeking protection from arrest in reference to a FIR filed against her for providing over two hundred fake vaccination certificate.
