Al Abri highlighted that the Judicial Team is currently working in full compliance with the guidelines of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, to provide an adaptable Legal structure for the enforcement of the provisions of the Non Muslims Civil Personal Status Law.
These were drafted in compliance with global best practises and assure Non Muslims the Right to submit to internationally recognised Civil principles that are culturally, customarily, and linguistically similar to them, reflecting the good perception and tolerance of the Islamic religion and facilitate the availability of distinguished services to Inhabitants.
The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department commemorated the first Civil Marriage Contract in the Arab region today.
