Chandranath Sinha was born on 1st November, 1962 to Late Bimal Krishna Sinha. His wife is a businesswoman and he is politician affiliated with All India Trinamool Congress.
He was Minister for Panchayat and then became Rural Development Minister for Fisheries in Government of West Bengal and currently is the Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Textiles.
