Background- Ms. Shruti Nandwana is an Assistant Professor of Law at Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur and teaches Corporate Laws and Intellectual Property Laws. She has completed her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) in Business and IP Laws from National Law Institute University, Bhopal. During her graduation days she was a keen researcher and had published articles in reputed journals on corporate law issues.
She had also participated in moot court competitions and mediation and negotiation competitions. Post her graduation, she was working with the General Corporate team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Delhi.
However, her love for academics made her quit the job. She then went on to pursue her LL.M. in Business Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Her LL.M. dissertation is titled as “Trade Secrets Law in India”. During her LL.M. days she was also a teaching assistant to Prof. T Ramakrishna, NLSIU. She has cleared UGC-NET in Law and is a JRF scholar.
Post her masters, Ms. Shruti Nandwana had joined Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur as an Assistant Professor and has been working at the University since then. She takes subjects such as corporate laws and intellectual property laws at the University. She is also the faculty member of the Moot Court Committee of Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur.
She has presented papers in several national and international seminars and conferences and has also published papers in various reputed national and international journals. She is also a reviewer for UGC listed journals in India. Ms. Shruti Nandwana is also pursuing her Ph.D. from Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur on corporate governance issues in Indian companies.
